About Vashti Victoria

A Los Angeles, California-based, certified Professional in Human Resources®, Vashti Victoria leverages more than 9 years of experience to oversee all HR functions at Los Angeles Firemen's Relief Association (LAFRA). Among other responsibilities, she processes employee benefit administration and payroll, provides support to staff and management on complex employment questions, and manages all aspects of talent acquisition. This includes the recruitment and interviewing of prospective employees, as well as the development of competitive total compensation and reward programs to ensure employee retention.
